10millionpixels is a photography storytelling and trading NFT project composed of iconic images created over the past years by creative Alex Scharf. The combination of growing the collection by time, adding properties and mechanics based on different chapters increases the rarity of each NFT.

CHAPTER 1: WHAT THE FOG!?

There has been foggy nights going on in munich and a photographer was sneaking around the blocks to catch some unique shots of that moody atmosphere.

‚WHAT THE FOG?‘ is a series composed of 33 photographs and the beginning of our 10millionpixels journey.

These images got pixelated and split up into three different versions: ACID, Black And White and Diamond. 

Collect and finally hold the pixelated images in stage one and two to earn the crystal clear ones in the last stage of our first episode.

The 99 pixelated photographs are already minted and can be collected trough Open Sea. To add thrill they are not revealed yet.

The images will be revealed and you are going to know what you’ve caught.

Now it’s time to collect and hold. Don’t forget that you only will gain the OG version if you finally held all three pixelated versions till the next stage..

When you gained all three versions the OG file will be airdropped into your wallet at this stage.

The NFT comes with a high resolution file of the photograph wich can be unlocked only by the owner.

There will be another risky and hidden feature to get your hands on it wich will be released later.

‚What the Fog‘ is just the beginning of our common journey. There are many things to catch up with. As the collection grows by time and every chapter has other mechanics the rarity of the NFTs will increase. Early supporters and holders will participate in the following episodes.

Alex Scharf is the face behind 10millionpixels . He is Content Creator and Marketing Expert, former Sneaker Store Owner and well connected in streetwear, art and music.

CHARITY

Yes, we are here to have fun, but there are humans and animals living on this planet who are having everything else than fun and a good time. Education, clean water, fresh food, warm clothes and a roof over the head is not available for everyone.

Being an entrepeneur means to me having responsibility to people in need, too. I decided to donate 10 % profit of the project to different charity.

One of those is ‚Matulong hilfreich‘, wich was founded in 1998 and is a project based in the philipins as well as in munich. The Family is helping people in need, acts as a folk dance group and presentate traditional songs. Their philosophy is that every human is valuable and is supposed to have a self-determined and happy life. The donated money goes to schools and into education.

Why I choose this? One of the founders daughter is a good friend of mine. I got to know her at an opening and book presentation where I were booked as a photographer. I will choose two other charity projects: TBA
